Bunny Models is a company whose main purpose is to connect User and independent model for professional, cultural, sports or private events. In this context, profiles of models are posted on the Site, through which the User can book services according to the Terms and Conditions published therein. Bunny Models provides the Site but is not responsible for the services presented and provided by the models.

2.2 When booking a service on the Site, any contract is concluded exclusively between the User and the model. Bunny Models is not a party to this contract and is not contractually bound to the User.

2.3 Bunny Models is not responsible in any way for the services booked on the Site, and therefore does not guarantee their performance or quality. In particular, the Site does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of any model or its services.

2.4 Any liability of Bunny Models in connection with any service(s) is expressly excluded

3.1 The minimum age for browsing the Site and using its services is 18 years. The Client confirms that he/she is 18 years older.

3.2 Bunny Models GmbH assumes no responsibility for any misrepresentation of age.

4.1 The Site is intended for and offers its services to Clients residing exclusively in Switzerland. By using the Site and the services offered therein, the Client declares that he/she is a resident of Switzerland and that he/she is reserving a service which will be performed exclusively in Switzerland.

4.2 However, in the event that the User wishes to book model services that are to be performed abroad, she must first ensure that the booking and use of model services is in compliance with that country.

4.3 The User shall be solely responsible for any violation of the law in the foreign country in which she wishes to use the model services. The Customer expressly agrees to indemnify Bunny Models GmbH and hold Bunny Models GmbH harmless from any and all damages or judgments that may arise, directly or indirectly.

5.1 To reserve a service, the User must create an account on the Site.

5.2 To this end, the User accepts and confirms that:

5.3 Bunny Models GmbH reserves the right to suspend or terminate Customers' accounts at any time, including for illegal use of the Site or violation of the Terms of Use. No refunds will be issued and Bunny Models GmbH will have no liability in this regard.

6.1 The prices of the services indicated on each model's profile are freely and independently determined by the model concerned.

6.2 All new clients must pay a 20% deposit as well as the totality of the possible travel expenses of the model.

6.3 Regular Users will have the option of paying the full amount directly to the model including the possible travel expenses of the model.

6.4 Any User desiring to book the services of the Model to be performed abroad, i.e. in a country other than the country of residence of the model must make a prepayment corresponding to the total amount due for the services of the Model as well as the totality of the travel expenses of the Model.

6.5 The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in CHF including all taxes, including VAT.

6.6 Payment for the services can be made on the Site, by the following means of payment:

6.8 The confidential data of the payment method is not transmitted to Bunny Models GmbH, as it is managed di - rectly by the security service.

7.1 All information, descriptions or images displayed on the Site are described and presented as accurately as possible. Although Bunny Models GmbH makes every effort to be as complete as possible, the information, descriptions or images published on the Site are for informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer by Bunny Models GmbH and is subject to change at any time. Bunny Models GmbH does not guarantee the accuracy of the information, descriptions or pictures, which are obtained from the models.

7.2 Any reservation of a service made on the Site is considered as a request for the conclusion of a contract with the model concerned and a firm and definitive offer. It also implies the Userʼs express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the services displayed on the Site, as well as the present conditions.

7.3 All service reservations are subject to acceptance and validation by the relevant model. The model can refuse a reservation at any time without having to justify itself.

7.4 If the reservation is accepted, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the order process or via the user account created.

7.5 In case of refusal of the reservation by the model to perform the service, the User will receive a credit note on his account of the amount he paid at the time of the reservation. Credit notes do not bear interest.

7.6 The User undertakes not to request any services from the model without going through the Site.

8.1 Any appointment can be cancelled.

8.2 If the User cancels the appointment more than 24 hours before the date and the hour fixed for this appointment, no deduction will be applied.

8.3 If the User cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a charge corresponding to the travel fee will be applied.

8.4 If after 15 minutes of the start of the meeting the User is not satisfied, he has the right to cancel the appointment at no cost to him. The User will have the right to choose a replacement Model.

8.5 In case the current appointment is cancelled by the model, she/he will send to Bunny Models the reasons in writing within 24 hours. No refund will be made if the cancellation has been made for a justified reason.

9.1 All information published on the Site is provided in good faith and is believed to be correct.

9.2 All the information concerning the profiles of the models represented on the Site are provided according to the indications of the models themselves.

9.3 This information is indicative and general without any contractual value. Bunny Models makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, currency, availability, reliability or completeness of the information.

9.4 Bunny Models will make all reasonable efforts to correct any errors brought to its attention.

9.5 Any liability of Bunny Models referring to damages, direct or indirect, material or immaterial, resulting from access, use or non-use of the published information and services offered by independent models, or any other reason, is excluded.

9.6 The User therefore expressly renounces to any claim or legal action against Bunny Models for such damages and prejudices, whatever the cause and legal basis.

9.7 All information published on this Site is made as an advertisement of the services offered by Independent Models and can in no way be interpreted as an offer from Bunny Models.

9.8 Bunny Models expressly reserves the right to modify, complete, delete or temporarily or permanently suspend the publication of part or all of the Models' profiles without prior notice.

9.9 The simple use of this website does not create any contractual relationship between the user and Bunny Models.

10.1 The User declares to accept the characteristics and limitations of the Internet and acknowledges:

15.1 Swiss law is applicable.

15.2 The parties agree to seek an amicable solution to any dispute that may arise regarding the Site or the services of Bunny Models GmbH. If they fail to do so, the place of jurisdiction is the court of Bunny Modelsʼ headquarters.
